The Anti-Coagulation Clinic offers convenient and efficient monitoring and regulation of anti-coagulant therapy (blood thinners). It has been successfully managing therapy for patients since its conception in 2003.

• The clinic is open daily and is staffed by Registered Nurses with extensive experience and training in anti-coagulation.
• On-site finger-stick testing is performed at the clinic; however, patients who require visiting nurse care can also be regulated from home.
• Patients are encouraged to meet initially with the nurse practitioner to review the fundamentals of anti-coagulation therapy and discuss their individual treatment plan.
• The clinic nurses and the nurse practitioner can assist and manage patients who require bridge-therapy with injectable heparin products.
